Our team of experienced Structural Engineers have a wealth of experience, and use their skills to deliver high quality structural engineering design to a range of clients across various sectors.
Our Structural Engineering team have delivered projects across sectors including institutional, commercial, industrial and residential projects where they have designed and delivered an array of structure for a variety of building types.
The Woolacotts Structural Engineering team is led by Principal Engineers, Stephen Branch, Kevin Christesen and Scott Clemmett who have each been with Woolacotts for over 20 years. These Principal Engineers lead a team of experienced structural engineers and drafters, including Brett Jovanovich (REVIT Manager), Brett Onslow (Associate Structural Engineer – Melbourne), Joe Spatola (Senior Structural Engineer), Tom Holloway (Senior Structural Engineer), Alvin Yu (Structural Engineer and Quality Assurance Manager), Eddy Zhou, Elias Azzouni and Neda Mirzadeh (Structural Engineers).

Leading the charge in Victorian Structural Engineering services
Our Structural Engineering team in VIC is represented by Brett Onslow, who joined Woolacotts in 2018 as an Associate Structural Engineer. Prior to commencing work at Woolacotts, Brett Onslow worked for a range of national and international Tier-1 consultancies, gaining experience on a large variety of projects including many large-scale high profile commercial buildings, complex refurbishments, institutional & infrastructure facilities, forensic investigations and domestic structures.
Brett Onslow has undertaken 3D analytical modelling on our Penshurst Public School redevelopment project and is currently working with Grindley to finalise and construct this $30M state-of-the-art education facility. Other current projects that Brett Onslow is managing from our Melbourne office include work for VicRoads, QANTAS, Feasibility study for additional floors on an existing building in Melbourne, new apartments in Brighton, and detailed design for the Clarence Correctional Centre.
Working with Builders for end-to-end project consultation
The Woolacotts Structural Engineering team have developed long lasting relationships with building companies across Australia to partner in delivering high quality projects for our clients. We are currently working with John Holland, Hansen Yuncken, Hindmarsh, Adco, Lahey Constructions, Richard Crookes Constructions and Grindley, to deliver large scale correctional centre and education projects.
Through these tight-knit relationships, our engineers are able to see projects through from start to finish, ensuring the final building and construction stages are completely reflective of the engineering designs put forward.
