Justin commenced at Woolacotts in 2002 as an Apprentice Draftsman and since risen to become an Associate in 2016, and Principal Civil engineer in 2018, leading our civil engineering team. Justin is an integral part of the civil engineering team and his major areas of expertise include the management, design and documentation of roadways, streetscapes and public domain projects.
