The national civil team is led by Principal Engineer Justin Chirillo, who has been with Woolacotts for over twenty‑four years. Justin is supported by a highly capable group that includes Senior Civil Engineers John Htet and Kevin Cheim, Civil Engineer Rabin Parajuli, Senior Civil Designer Tim Cook and Civil Designers Amod Dangol and Bradley Vuletich. Their combined experience spans civil design, modelling, documentation and on‑site engineering support across a wide range of urban and regional projects.

Senior Civil Designer Tim Cook adds that “clear documentation supports efficient construction and smooth approvals,” especially on projects with complex constraints. Their combined technical approach supports councils, government agencies and schools with stormwater design, civil modelling, road upgrades and flood assessment.
