Tom specialises in the audit, condition assessment and forensic investigation of building and civil assets, including structures and adjoining infrastructure affected by corrosion, waterproofing failures, footing and ground movement, landslip, earthquake, vehicle impact, fire and flood.
He provides remedial advice to asset owners and facility managers, with a focus on clear diagnosis and practical, economical solutions.
